These are great bags to use to pack up some winter clothes or if you are going on a long trip, to organize different types of clothing.
Although I travel a lot, I usually bring carry on, so the larger of these cubes wouldn't help with that. However, I found the small cube to be perfect for packing my larger travel essentials that I can't fit in my makeup case, like full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and hairspray. I usually end up putting these in a zippered storage bag, but I like this bag much better. The mid size bag I used for my bathing suits and lingerie so they didn't get picked by buttons or zippers on clothing. And the larger bag I'll use to put up some clothes for under bed storage. Packing cubes always come in handy for so many uses and these are much better quality than some of the others I have. Nice strong construction and the zippers work well and are also stitched tightly.
